What are the terms for scheduling a notary appointment?

How do I schedule an online notarization?

You must book via our online system at least 1 hour ahead to secure your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require at least 1 hours notice; all sales are final beyond that point.

What identification is needed for remote notarization?

Valid government-issued ID with photo and signature is mandatory for remote notarizations.

Can I get a refund if I miss my appointment?

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for missed or cancelled appointments.

Do you provide legal advice as part of your notary services?

Our notaries do not offer legal advice; please consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.

What if I don’t comply with the terms?

We reserve the right to refuse service if requirements or policies are not met.

By using our service you agree to our terms.  Service agreement and customer request forms prior to scheduling. If online scheduling appointment you will be canceled if we don’t receive requested forms prior to appointment. If you are non responsive your appointment will be canceled. We expect all scheduling to be willing and ready to move forward and having services completed. All Sales are Final

****Due to The nature of service all sales are final No refunds. For online Notary Service must have a stable internet connection, have Identification and be verified, and all signers must appear on screen with Notary to sign documents electronically. ****Minimum $ 10 will be charged For notary’s time if Identity can’t be verified/ Failing Knowledge base assessment, or unable to stay connected to notary by unstabled internet connection. $ 10 administrative fee charged to all services. Payment is due before meeting and card will be charged after meeting with notary to have documents notarized

For all other notary service: all Signers must be present at signing and have valid Identification and acting under their free will. Notary will check for awareness of all signers. Payment is due before Notarization no exceptions.

  • All other services with contract payments are due within 30 days of service.
  • Zero tolerance for behaviors including, threatening, rudeness, aggressive, hostile, rushing, swearing, disrespect, yelling, unresponsive to follow up call and or messages and non compliance with request. The meeting and or scheduled appointment will be canceled immediately with $10 administrative charge still due.

How to use online Notary Service

  1. After booking appointment notary will then ask for documents that can either be sent to notary or uploaded at appointment link.
  2.  you will then upload document Identification and answer Knowledge base questions to verify identity.
  3. You will follow prompts and once successfully passing knowledge base questions you will be prompted to enter card information and join notary live to perform online notarization.

For online Notarization: starts at $35 per session included in price is 1 signer 1 document. $ 10 per each signer/witness per each document. Example 1 document and 1 signer would be $35 includes administrative fee. Price $25 per additional Certificate. $10 administrative fee charged for all services. As Required by law meeting is recorded.

What is remote notarization?

With remote notarization, a signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same room. Remote online notarization is also called webcam notarization, online notarization or virtual notarization.

Expectations:

All appointments must first be accepted by our office. We reserve the right to refuse service to any who exhibits agressiveness, swearing/profanity or all inappropriate behavior that interfere with providing services which includes rushing. when booking the minimum time required is listed if you cannot fulfill alotted time consider rescheduling.

Rules for Cancellations

Cancellations require a minimum 1 hour before appointments. If customer information and service agreement is not completed 1 hour prior to appointment, or you are unresponsive after scheduling your appointment will be canceled and it’s our discretion to reschedule if you are non compliant. If we sense you are booking with no real intention of showing up you will be canceled and appointment given to next customer satisfactorily proven seriously seeking service. If more then 10 minutes has past since appointment time and you make no appearance then you will be marked as a no show and upon our office discretion you may be allowed to reschedule. We will not wait passed 10 minutes of appointment time the next customer or client will be served no exceptions.

Acceptable Forms of Identification for Notary Services

  • State-issued driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State
  • U.S. military ID
  • State, county and local government IDs
  • Permanent resident card, or “green card,” issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services*
  • Foreign passport*
  • Driver’s license officially issued in Mexico or Canada*
  • Digital driver’s license*
  • ID deemed acceptable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security*
  • Inmate ID issued by the State Department of Corrections or Federal Bureau of Prisons, if the inmate is in state or federal custody*
  • Inmate ID issued by a county sheriff, if the inmate is in the custody of the county sheriff*
